RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Initiate insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property & Casualty License (Must be able to obtain.) We cover the cost of pre-licensing coursework and testing.

- I have been a State Farm agent since 2017.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
