ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you the kind of person who lights up when you figure something out for someone else? Do you get a sense of satisfaction knowing your work made someone’s day easier—or even better, helped protect their family or livelihood?

If you love digging into the details, finding answers, and making people feel genuinely cared for, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

We’re a local State Farm agency that takes pride in doing things the right way—not just the easy way. Our customers rely on us not just for insurance, but for peace of mind. That means we need people who are thoughtful, curious, and take ownership of their work.

You’ll love this role if:
  • You enjoy solving problems and researching the “why” behind things
  • You feel proud representing a strong, trusted brand like State Farm
  • You believe customer service means more than just answering questions—it means showing up with heart and professionalism
  • You like being part of a small, high-performing team that supports one another
  • You take initiative, follow through, and notice the little things others might miss
 What you’ll be doing:
  • Providing outstanding service to customers—via phone, email, and in person
  • Digging into account details to help customers with billing, coverage questions, or changes
  • Investigating and following up on service tasks and policy issues
  • Documenting all activity thoroughly so everyone’s in the loop
  • Learning every day—about insurance, people, systems, and yourself
This might not be the job for you if:
  • You’re easily frustrated by multi-step systems or gray-area situations
  • You prefer a job where you can just clock in and out without much engagement
  • You don’t like asking questions, doing research, or being accountable for outcomes
 What we offer:
  • Competitive pay and bonus opportunities
  • A positive, growth-focused work environment
  • Real training and mentorship—not just a handbook and a desk
  • The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives (and sleep better at night because of it)
Want to be proud of what you do, who you do it for, and how you show up every day? We’d love to meet you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Initiate insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Property & Casualty License (Must be able to obtain.) We cover the cost of pre-licensing coursework and testing.
Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
